An original production cel from the Don Bluth Studios production The Pebble and the Penguin (1995). Featuring Hubie surrounded by the chinstrap penguins, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio used in the creation of the film. The piece is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the movie. Measuring 13.5"x16.5" overall with an image that measures 10"x6.5", the cel is in fine condition.
