A production cel from the Marvel Studios animated series "X-Men" (1992-1997). Featuring Wolverine fighting two henchmen from the Inner Circle, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The cel is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and is seen at about 13:04 in the season three episode "The Dark Phoenix, Part II: The Inner Circle." Measuring 9"x10.5" overall, with the character image measuring 5.75"x6.75", the cel is in very good condition with minor surface wear including scratches, light black line fade, paint loss near Wolverine's elbow and the henchman’s knee, and paper transfer stuck to the reverse from production use and storage. The cel has been paired with a reproduction color copy background for presentation purposes.
