An original production cel and background setup from the Marvel Studios animated series, "Iron Man" (1994-1996). Featuring Hypnotia after her uniform change in the later half of series, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The cel is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the episode entitled, "The Beast Within" which aired on September 23, 1995. The cel is paired with a hand-painted background that also is an actual frame of animation, but is likely from a different episode as the production numbers do not match. Measuring 16.5"x10.5" and 12.5"x10.5" overall, with the character image measuring 7"x6.25", the cel and background are in very good condition with edge wear and wrinkling apparent in the margins of the background.
