A production cel and background setup from the Nickelodeon Studios animated series "The Ren and Stimpy Show" (1991-1996). Featuring Stimpy's possible replacement Tex, the hand-painted cel and background were created at the studio and used during the animation process. Both represent actual frames of animation that were photographed and appear in the episode titled "Super Sidekick Union," which aired on March 18, 1995. Measuring 10.5"x13" overall, with the character image measuring 8.25"x6", the setup is in very good condition with minor line and edge wear.
